Born into a lower-middle-class family, Rajat faced the harshest of challenges from a young age. The loss of his father during his 11th grade left the family not just emotionally shattered but also grappling with dire financial circumstances.

Undeterred by adversity, Rajat embarked on a path that diverged from the typical pursuits of youth his age. Instead of college life and youthful adventures, he shouldered the responsibility of providing for his family.

His dreams of further education were postponed as he sought employment to ensure his family’s financial stability.Rajat’s journey took a significant turn when he joined Borzo as a courier boy, riding a second-hand bike to make ends meet.

Despite the initial modest earnings, his dedication and hard work caught the attention of his superiors, leading to a promotion in the Allotment department, which doubled his income.

Yet, Rajat felt a desire to explore new horizons and refused to settle for a static role. His determination led him to Apollo Pharmacy, where he took on the role of an “Assistant Pharmacist.”However, fate had a unique plan for Rajat.

A year later, his former mentor from Borzo, Mr. Deepak Rajput, offered him an opportunity to return to the company. Recognizing the potential for growth and development, Rajat made the tough decision to rejoin Borzo, which had acquired Now Delivery during his absence.

This decision opened a new chapter in his career, propelling him from a dispatcher to the position of “Cluster Manager.”Rajat’s relentless pursuit of excellence continued, earning him yet another promotion in May 2023, this time to the prestigious position of “Operations Manager.”

Today, he oversees operations in Delhi NCR, Ghaziabad, and Dehradun, managing a single client with an unwavering commitment to excellence.

His ambitions extend far beyond his current role, as he aspires to work with more clients, lead teams, and continue growing in his career. Rajat’s story serves as an inspiration, reminding us that with determination and hard work, one can overcome adversity and achieve remarkable success, no matter where life begins.
