Reliance Digital launches ‘experiential’ flagship store in Delhi
Last Updated at July 30, 2022: Reliance Digital, the digital arm of Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL), has unveiled an “experiential” flagship store in Delhi, that is designed to inspire customers and create a sense of community within the retail space.
The consumer durables and electronics arm of Reliance Retail offers a wide range of products and services to customers, including an interactive experience zone with gaming zones and a virtual reality theatre.
The Reliance Digital is a unique shopping experience that offers a range of experiential activities to enjoy. The mall will also have restaurants, a spa, and a luxury store, making it the perfect place to spend a day or night.
At the “first-of-its-kind” store inaugurated by Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor and Reliance Digital Chief Executive Officer Brian Bade, customers will be able to avail offers like five percent instant discount on all secured credit cards. Freebies and gifts with every purchase during the opening period.
The store, which is spread over an area of 2,000 sq ft, will feature a range of products and services that will cater to the needs of digital shoppers.
The Reliance Digital South X-II store has multiple experience zones for smartphones, laptops, audio, home appliances, etc.
“In line with its motto of ‘Personalizing Technology’, Reliance Digital has deployed a team of knowledgeable tech advisors at the store. and relationship managers who are adept at understanding consumer needs and helping them choose products that suit their needs and budgets,” the company said in a release.
“We want to create an experiential space for our customers where they can explore and learn about our products and services. The store will also serve as a hub for social media activities and customer engagement,” said Director of Reliance Digital.
The company plans to open more such stores across India to tap into the growing demand for digital products and services in the country.
The digital store will offer a unique shopping experience. Visitors can get a hands-on experience with products, learn about the Group’s technology solutions, and exchange ideas with experts.

On the first floor of the store is the Mobile Experience Zone, featuring a range of phones for each customer segment, the Smart-Home Experience Zone and the Audio Zone featuring music systems, sound systems and headphones.
The third and fourth floors will showcase home appliances, including kitchen appliances, refrigerators, washing machines and cleaning appliances.
Bade said: “The Reliance Digital store is unique and special in more ways than one. It is not just an electronics store, but an embodiment of our commitment to offer our customers the best in the world of technology in a sophisticated and delightful environment. Because ultimately, it’s not just about buying a product, it’s about experiencing it in the main.”
The company plans to invest Rs. 1,000 crore in the next five years in digital retail. This investment will be used to expand Reliance Digital’s footprint across India and to develop new products and services.
The flagship store is located at 1 New Moti Bagh, near Connaught Place in central Delhi. It is open from 9 am to 10 pm daily.
