What inspired you to start Ria Bajaj Social Media Agency, and how has your vision evolved since its inception? 

Ria Bajaj: I started RBA in 2018, and that time the aim was to freelance, hone my skills and make as much pocket money as I would in Job.

Slowly and steadily, the word spread and we soon became an agency but what stood out to me was the joy of working with women and their stories and working with new age entrepreneurs. My vision is still to empower and work with women and help their business get off the ground.

Can you share a significant challenge you faced in the early stages of your agency and how you overcame it? 

Ria Bajaj: I think the biggest challenge for me was hiring, being a micromanager and always being inclined towards perfection. It was difficult to hire and trust them to do the job. It’s taken me years of practice and a lot of systems to separate me and the job and delegate efficiently.

How do you stay ahead of emerging trends and technologies in the ever-evolving world of social media?

Ria Bajaj:  Research & fortunately I travel a lot, so a lot of observation and museum visits help me observe and adapt to the environment outside to make it an inward process.

What sets Ria Bajaj Social Media Agency apart from other social media agencies? How do you differentiate your services? 

Ria Bajaj: Personalisation and Relationships, for me these have been and will always be our core strength.

Can you walk us through your process for developing a social media strategy for a new client? 

Ria Bajaj: I think first and foremost understanding what their goal is on social media, as silly as it sounds, it is the most important and second how far and how much is the client willing to do personally for the same.

We understand their temperament, their working style and then create a cohesive plan after competitor analysis and taking their external factors in mind.

Are there any new projects or initiatives on the horizon for Ria Bajaj Social Media Agency that you’re excited about? 

Ria Bajaj: Yes, we are a part of something big, excited to share with you.

What advice would you give to aspiring entrepreneurs looking to start their own social media or digital marketing agency? 

Ria Bajaj: Be honest to your principals.

How do you see the role of AI and automation evolving in social media marketing, and what impact do you anticipate on agency operations? 

Ria Bajaj: We use AI alot actually, specially for design and we think its here to stay and make our lives alot of fun
