Can you tell us about your background and how you became an entrepreneur and change maker?

Ritesh Rawal: I come from a diverse background, and my entrepreneurial journey is shaped by my unique experiences and passions to change the world.

What inspired you to pursue entrepreneurship, and what drives you to make a positive impact on society?

Ritesh Rawal: For me the desire to make a positive impact on society is a driving force behind my work.

This comes from a personal sense of responsibility, a desire to give back to the community, or a belief in the power of ideas to drive social change.

Can you describe a particularly challenging moment in your entrepreneurial journey, and how you overcame it?

Ritesh Rawal: Entrepreneurship is a journey filled with challenges and setbacks, and every entrepreneur will face difficult moments at some point in their journey.

I used the combinations of resilience, creativity, and a willingness to adapt and learn from mistakes to overcome the challenges.

How do you stay motivated and focused on your goals, particularly when faced with obstacles or setbacks?

Ritesh Rawal: Entrepreneurship can be a rollercoaster ride, its important to stay focused while facing obstacles and setbacks.

My strategy include developing a strong support network, setting realistic goals and milestones, and taking time to reflect on my progress and accomplishments.

Can you tell us about a project or initiative you’ve been involved with that you’re particularly proud of, and why?

Ritesh Rawal: There are many projects and initiatives I have been involved with, and each one can be a source of pride and accomplishment.

The ones I am particularly proud of are the projects that had a significant positive impact on the community such as my initiatives around Early Childhood Education, Gullies of India by Ritesh Rawal

How do you measure success in your business and in your efforts to create positive change?

Ritesh Rawal: Success can be measured in many different ways, depending on the goals and objectives of the initiative.

For some projects, success may be measured in financial terms, while for others it may be measured in terms of social impact.

How do you think entrepreneurship can be a force for positive social and environmental change, and what role do you see entrepreneurs playing in creating a more sustainable future?

Ritesh Rawal: Entrepreneurship has the potential to drive positive social and environmental change by creating new solutions to pressing problems and by fostering innovation and creativity.

Entrepreneurs can play a key role in creating a more sustainable future by developing new solutions in terms of products and services that are environmentally sustainable.
