Can you give us an overview of Bubble Network and its core services?

Sahaan Suman K: Bubble Network is a Marketing & Consulting Firm working with Brands to help them Launch, Scale or Manage their business online. We provide Services & Resources for Brands to win digitally.

We know that brands are often frustrated with the traditional agency model. Many feel like they’re just another client on a conveyor belt. That’s why we strive to be more than just service providers; we become strategic partners and a digital backbone for our clients.

Just good service backed with our expertise and track record in the digital space of working with over 500 brands across the UK, US, and India, helping them make their mark in the digital world. We also specialize in media buying and performance marketing, crafting strategic media plans to maximize reach and ROI. Additionally, we believe in collaboration, connecting you with mentors, VCs, PR firms, incubators, and industry experts to support your business holistically.

How did the idea for Bubble Network originate, and what inspired you to start this venture?

Sahaan Suman K: I started my first company at the age of 18, I failed multiple times testing small business ideas with little or no money during college.

Sahaan Suman K: Learning cheaply from my early days I understood irrespective of the industry you are in Digital Distribution & the right use of Technology could benefit brand growth irrespective of the industry.

I also realized that there are 100’s of agencies in the market yet brands struggle to find the right fit or shuffle agencies very often. This made me realize the clear gap that I felt too as a Brand owner then.

The small agencies did not have the technical knowhow, most medium sized agencies provided very cookie cut solutions (One Size Fits All), the large agencies most couldn’t afford.

This is how Bubble Network originated, my simple aim is that Bubble Network becomes an extended Digital arm for brands so they can focus on driving the business.

We do this by providing digital services with strong technical knowhow & providing resources to assist our clients grow, from our pool of partnerships from VC’s to Mentors.

Our Service: We truly care. To our core we believe we are partners and not vendors, our very customer centric and proactive approach enables us to deep dive into client problems and their brand.

Our association with clients goes beyond service, using our range of partnerships and collaborations with Mentors & industry experts our clients can also leverage on such resources.

Our Process: Most agency relationships falter due to lack of process and communication. From our onboarding process to our internal SOP’s, notion boards and organizational structure, all of this is crafted keeping in mind a seamless experience for our clients and employee culture.

Technical Knowhow: Our passion for digital and our hunger to constantly update ourselves on the latest technology, trends and use cases helps us understand the pulse of the customer on different platforms and the use of digital to drive different brand solutions.

Can you share any key partnerships or collaborations that have helped in your growth?

Sahaan Suman K: Over the years, we have forged several key partnerships and collaborations that have significantly contributed to our growth. Strategic Partnerships with other leading PR firms, industry experts and mentors help our clients, Technology partners from Razorpay, WATI to Google allow us to offer cutting-edge solutions to our clients.

Institutional partnerships like hypergrowth help us expand our network, opening up new avenues and geographies for growth.

What are some of the biggest challenges Bubble Network has faced since its inception?

Sahaan Suman K: Constant Technology Changes, Maintaining Culture & Uniformity of service.

These are usually industry wide concerns, these challenges have only fueled our determination to continuously improve and adapt.

General challenge we’ve faced is building uniformity in our service quality, with our strong focus on customer centricity, this is a factor we constantly work on to improve and better. Company Culture being something we value truly, we also face the challenge of ensuring it remains as we grow.

Additionally, One of the biggest constant challenges we’ve faced since inception is navigating the rapidly changing digital landscape and ensuring everyone within the right teams are constantly equipped with that knowledge and knowhow.

The pace at which technology evolves means that staying current requires constant innovation and agility.

How have you overcome these challenges, and what lessons have you learned?

Sahaan Suman K: We have overcome these challenges by fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within our teams. Investing in training and development has empowered our team to stay ahead of industry trends and technologies.

Building strong SOP’s systems and processes within the company has also helped align and have unified communication and protocols across.

Strong relationships with our clients and partners based on trust and mutual benefit has also been crucial.

 One of the key lessons learned is the importance of being proactive rather than reactive. Anticipating market trends and preparing for them has helped us turn potential challenges into opportunities.

Additionally, embracing a customer-centric approach and actively seeking feedback has allowed us to refine our strategies and deliver better results.

What are the various technologies you use and how do you support your customers?

Sahaan Suman K: At Bubble Network, we leverage a variety of advanced technologies and softwares to support our customers effectively.

This includes AI-driven research & support tools that help us gain deeper insights into consumer behavior, research and market trends, enabling us to craft more targeted and impactful campaigns. Tools like Mid Journey, Runway and Co-pilot also drastically improve our efficiency of work.

We also constantly explore new state-of-the-art digital tools for augmenting our clients digital landscape, from WATI, Shopflo, Live2.ai and many more.

Our CRM systems ensure seamless communication and relationship management, allowing us to provide personalized and timely support to our clients. By integrating these technologies into our workflow, we not only enhance our operational efficiency but also deliver superior value to our customers.

How do you envision the future of the industry, and how is Bubble Network preparing for it?

Sahaan Suman K: The future of the industry is simply personalized solutions to the extent that it feels like every piece of communication was crafted just for you.

I envision a landscape where personalized and immersive experiences will dominate, and technology will play a pivotal role in shaping brand-consumer interactions. At Bubble Network, we are preparing for this future by investing in emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and AR/VR.

We are also expanding our expertise in data analytics to better understand and anticipate customer needs. By staying ahead of these trends and continuously innovating, we aim to not only keep pace with the industry’s evolution but also lead the way in delivering next-generation solutions.

What advice would you give to aspiring entrepreneurs looking to start their own business?

Sahaan Suman K: I don’t think there is a cookie cut formula for building a successful business but a few things which have personally helped me in my journey has been:

As the Golden saying goes, “practice makes perfect.” No one is good at anything until you get good at something, so keep doing it until you get good at it

  • Think Big but Start Small, breakdown your milestones into achievable and actionable goals
  • Staying agile & Resilient, never be disheartened by failure. You are simply one step closer to success
  • Identify a clear gap in the market you want to solve and ensure it’s a scalable solution
  • Learn, Learn & Learn every day, about the market, competition, new advancements, as this habit becomes a pivotal reason for you to stay ahead.
