Can you please share about your journey in the business world and how you came to lead Promodome Communications?

Sandiip Kapur: My journey in the business world began as a sales representative working for Microtek. Over the years, I developed a passion for marketing, communications and designing in general.

I have always been very imaginative and have had strong creative skills. I founded Promodome Communications with the vision of being acknowledged and respected for the value we bring to Indian business and society. 

Through hard work, dedication, and a focus on client satisfaction, we have grown Promodome into a thriving advertising agency.

How do you see the Advertising industry evolving in the coming years, and how is your company preparing for those changes?

Sandiip Kapur: The advertising industry is undergoing rapid transformation, driven by technological advancements, changing consumer behavior, and the rise of digital platforms. 

At Promodome, we are staying ahead of the curve by investing in data analytics, focusing on content marketing, and embracing emerging technologies.

We believe that adaptability and a commitment to innovation are essential for success in today’s competitive landscape.

Can you share insights into upcoming projects or expansions that Promodome is undertaking to further establish its presence in the A&M landscape?

Sandiip Kapur: Promodome is excited to announce that we are expanding our services into the realm of influencer marketing. We have identified a significant opportunity to leverage the power of social media influencers to reach targeted audiences and drive brand awareness.

Our influencer marketing division will offer comprehensive services, including talent selection,campaign management, and performance measurement. 

By combining our expertise in traditional advertising with the latest trends in influencer marketing, we aim to deliver innovative and effective campaigns that resonate with today’s consumers.

Can you talk about some of the key challenges you faced during the project and how you addressed them to ensure the project’s success?

Sandiip Kapur: One of the biggest challenges we faced during our recent social media campaign for Prysm Systems, a US based company committed to developing and promoting large-format display solutions using its proprietary Laser Phosphor Display (LPD) technology, was the rapid evolution of the Meta’s algorithms. 

These frequent changes made it difficult to maintain consistent organic reach and engagement. To address this, we implemented a multi-pronged approach. First, we invested in paid advertising to supplement our organic efforts. 

Second, we conducted in-depth audience research to identify the most effective targeting strategies. Third, we closely monitored platform updates and adjusted our content strategy accordingly. 

By combining these tactics, we were able to overcome the challenges posed by algorithm changes and achieve our campaign objectives.

What is your success tip for young and aspiring entrepreneurs…?

Sandiip Kapur: My advice to young entrepreneurs is to

  • Never give up: Perseverance and resilience are key to success.”

  • Learn from failures: Embrace setbacks as opportunities for growth.
