Shivam Dubey: My journey in the health and fitness industry has been a testament to the power of incremental steps toward self-improvement. It all started with a simple decision to embark on a personal transformation journey.

As I progressed, I realized the profound importance of health and fitness in our daily lives. This realization fueled my passion to help others, starting from those around me and expanding to a broader coaching practice.

My goal has always been to address the prevalent issues stemming from poor fitness and functionality in daily life.

While my journey has seen some success, I believe there is still much ground to cover, and I’m committed to going further.

What are some common misconceptions about health and fitness that you encounter, and how do you address them?

Shivam Dubey: One common misconception I often encounter relates to supplements. Many individuals harbor fears and misconceptions about the use of supplements, often considering them unnecessary or potentially harmful.

To address this, I emphasize the importance of understanding the role of supplements, especially when certain nutrients are challenging to obtain from food sources alone.

Shivam Dubey: The most rewarding experience as a coach is to see my clients being very happy with their results after struggling to achieve them previously. Every client that puts in effort for months and achieves their goals is like a feather in my cap.

There is no better feeling than seeing them transform and permanently get rid of their nagging health and fitness problems, be it related to diet or any other bad habits like smoking or drinking.

Shivam Dubey: My approach to creating personalized fitness and nutrition plans begins with addressing fundamental aspects like joint and gut health. I prioritize optimizing these foundational elements as they form the basis for overall well-being and fitness progress.
