What challenges have you faced in promoting a science-first approach in the Indian skincare market?

The beauty space is crowded, but trust is scarce. Earn it through product integrity and operational discipline. Most importantly, don’t underestimate your consumer because they’re smarter, more research-driven, and deserve more than a pretty promise.
