Simranjeet Singh: My journey began as an engineer. I started my career from the corporate world and spent two years there. During this time, I gained valuable experience and insights into how small businesses, entrepreneurs, and midsized companies grapple with the challenges of expansion.

However, my true passion lied in exploring new cuisines and experiencing unique dining atmospheres. While embarking on culinary adventures, I couldn’t help but notice the gaps in the Food and beverage industry, the realization sparked my desire to delve into the market and bridge these gaps.

Fortuitously, my college senior and friend, Pulkit Arora, shared a similar vision. We recognized the potential for positive change in the F&B industry, and together, we decided to combine our experiences, expertise, and shared passion for the food & beverage industry to make a difference in the segment. This collaboration marked the inception of my journey towards becoming a director at CYK Hospitalities.

Simranjeet Singh: We were inspired to establish our food and beverage consultancy through our shared passion for exploring diverse cuisines and unique dining experiences. During our culinary journeys we identified significant gaps in the market which motivated our desire to make a positive impact in the industry.

CYK Hospitalities was born from our vision to offer comprehensive services that empower restaurants and F&B businesses to thrive. These services encompass conceptualization, branding, brand expansion, hiring, and training to ensure operational excellence.

Moreover, our expertise extends to restaurant interior design, kitchen setup, equipment selection, and even uniform design.
