1. Mall Of Muscat, Oman

The Mall of Muscat is one of the prime projects done by SMC Infra LLC that offers an unparalleled 160,000 sqm shopping experience designed and constructed by the Tamani Global Development and Tourism Ministry of Oman in the Sultanate.

Located 14 km northwest of Seeb International Airport, it boasts the first of its kind indoor aquarium in the country and a snow village with an environment reflecting the Arctic regions. This Mall was brought to life by SMC on 31st March 2019.

2. Construction of New Water Supply System, Malawi

The project of Construction of New Water Supply System from Likhubula River in Mulanje to Blantyre Water Supply Area in Malawi in challenging geographical terrains at Mulanje Mountain is another benchmark work of SMC Infrastructure.

The 23.5 million projects were funded by Exim Bank of India’s GOI-Supported Line of Credit (LOC) to The Government of Malawi to provide reliable and affordable water supply services to the population of Blantyre City and its surrounding areas covering a total area of over 81,500 hectares.

3. Design and Build for Construction of Water and Sewerage Facilities, Maldives

The USD 800 million development project was signed between the Ministry of National Planning, Housing and Infrastructure, and SMC Infrastructures Pvt. Ltd. This project was funded by the Exim Bank of India.

SMC Infrastructures is working on the execution of this project that aims to provide increased access to safe and affordable water supply, and improved sewerage services for all citizens, with the goal of improving people’s health and well-being.
