Tell us a little about yourself
Srishti Sharma: I am a Serial entrepreneur and social activist. Currently the founder at Asia’s first online esports marketplace named GAME.
I am also building world’s first company in space mining Some of the previous work experience include co founder at Human science , founder at Kilkari and Rehmat.
With over 8 years of experience in ideation, management, marketing, administration and finance handling.
4 times TEDx speaker, Josh talks speaker , Young achiever 2019 awardee, Indian icon leadership 2019 awardee, exemplary performer of the year 2019, Indian leadership awardee 2018 and ‘Distinguished women entrepreneur of the year ‘ 2019! Asia’s most innovative women entrepreneur of of the year 2020 by Yeforum !

How did you get your idea or concept for the online esports marketplace?
Srishti Sharma: As gamer for years I realised two major burning problems- complex offline esports arrangement and an absence of a dedicated esports platform to earn from skills.
What service do you offer at your online esports marketplace?
Srishti Sharma: Game is an online esports marketplace helping gamers to establish their career.
What is unique about GAME?
Srishti Sharma: It is first ever platform that helping lay esports career opportunities for gamers / non gamers globally.
What made you choose this online esports marketplace?
Srishti Sharma: India’s esports industry has increased over 60% in the Lsr 3 years and is already at no 1 in the world , the opportunity and market is big and so is the burning problem.
What was your mission at the outset?
Srishti Sharma: To be a sole training ground for global players and train them enough so they represent their respective countries at olympics.
How many employees in your organization?
Srishti Sharma: 11 in total including trainees and interns.
How do you build a successful client base?
Srishti Sharma: By solving the exact needs of a customer.
What’s your company’s goals?
Srishti Sharma: To establish as Asia’s first online esports marketplace generating careers of players globally.
What have been some of your failures, and what have you learned from them?
Srishti Sharma: Entrepreneurship is a path to self discovery and is also a journey of multiple failures . One such failure that we encountered in the early days was a major taboo of absense of female gamers in the Asian markets and it was a challenge initially to involve female gamers in our user base.
Who has been your greatest inspiration?
Srishti Sharma: Steve jobs , he is a classic example of the entrepreneurial jest and spirit.
If you had one piece of advice to startup or entrepreneur just starting out, what would it be?
Srishti Sharma: Just go for it ! Don’t wait to cross the society’s benchmarks of graduating or doing a certain role / task . Believe in yourself , have faith in your idea and get on the mission!
What are some of the biggest mistakes you’ve made?
Srishti Sharma: Listening up people’s perception , believes around women entrepreneurs , how its the man’s game while girls are meant to be pretty and play safe . I think listening to those ideas made me waste time in my life.
Does your company help the community or society?
Srishti Sharma: Yes , we at GAME help promoting minority groups like female players , underprivileged section of the society that are interested in esports. Our sponsors back merit based players and fund their career making.
