Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Sunday said at a post-Budget interaction organized by the Ministry of Finance in Kolkata that State governments should decide when GST should be applied to petroleum products and appealed to take initiative to bring petroleum products under Goods and Services Tax (GST).
