  • Preparation time: 5 minutes
  • Cooking time: 10 minutes

Ingredients to make Strawberry Crush:

Method to make Strawberry Crush:

  • Wash and chop strawberries. (I chopped in chopper)
  • In a non-stick pan, add strawberries & sugar and mix well. Keep a side covered for minimum 30 minutes. Sugar proportion can be changed as per taste.
  • Cook for 10 minutes at slow to medium flame.
  • It will release pleasant aroma. At this stage add citric acid and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Let it cool at room temperature. We do not need to churn it.  Store it in an airtight container. You can store it in refrigerator for 1 to 2 months. For more store Strawberry Crush in freezer.

  • Preparation time: 5 minutes
  • Cooking time: Nil
  • Makes: 2 servings

Ingredients to make Strawberry Crush:

  • 1 glass chilled milk
  • 1 big scoop vanilla ice cream
  • 1 big scoop strawberry ice cream
  • 200 ml. single fat cream
  • 2 to 3 tablespoon strawberry crush

For garnishing:
Chopped strawberries (opt.)
Ice cream of your choice (opt.)

Method to make Strawberry Milkshake:

  • In a mixer jar, add all ingredients of strawberry milkshake. Churn it.
  • Serve super delicious Strawberry milkshake chilled.
  • You can serve it with vanilla or strawberry ice cream topped with chopped strawberries.
