Over the years, this vision has significantly evolved to be a Growth partner in multiple industries. Today, Champions Group is more than just a data-driven marketing company; it’s a conglomerate with interests in smart infrastructure, luxury hospitality, sustainable real estate, beach lagoon projects, and digital transformation.

Our focus has shifted towards embracing innovative solutions that not only serve our clients but also contribute to a sustainable and technology-driven future. The idea has always been to stay ahead of industry trends while driving impact globally.

All Our Smart beach lagoon projects coming up, like the Champion beach Lagoon townships, are designed to incorporate water sustainability, energy efficiency, and digital connectivity.

The aim is to create ecosystems that are self-sustaining while offering residents and guests unparalleled luxury.

I believe that, in the coming years, real estate will focus on creating self-contained communities that balance modern amenities with environmental consciousness, ultimately making cities smarter and more resilient.

With your book, The New Frontiers of Marketing, you provide thought leadership on digital marketing’s global impact. What do you see as the next big shift in marketing?

Subhakar Rao Surapaneni: The next big shift in marketing will be driven by hyper-personalization powered by AI. As customers become more discerning, they expect brands to deliver personalized experiences in real-time.

This is where AI-driven analytics and intent-based marketing come into play. In the coming decade, marketers will need to move beyond traditional digital strategies and leverage technologies like generative AI, predictive analytics, and immersive experiences to engage customers meaningfully.
