Starting her PR agency has been a dream project for Surabhi Trivedi Mishra since the beginning, as it has always been the most rewarding career in terms of matching her intellect. This is how she put in her heart and soul to start Media Maniacs in 2013.

After being in this industry for almost a decade now she understands the value of commitments and building relations that go a long way. Surabhi adds further that PR as a whole is widely misunderstood.

As a co-founder of Media Maniacs Group, can you share the story behind the company’s inception and what inspired you to venture into the world of media and marketing?

Surabhi Trivedi: I knew my intellect and a PR agency would make a perfect match. It was my dream project to incept my agency from the very beginning. It has always been the most rewarding career in terms of matching my intellect after gaining an overall experience from multiple agencies. I started Media Maniacs in 2016.

Media Maniacs Group offers a wide range of media and marketing services. How do you ensure that the company stays at the cutting edge of industry trends and continues to deliver innovative solutions to clients?

Surabhi Trivedi: We at Media Maniacs keep up-to-date with the trends in the market. To understand the trend and innovatively capitalize on it to help brands receive higher engagement and involvement with their customers. This is the PR Mantra we follow.

How do you foster a culture of teamwork and creativity within your team to deliver seamless and effective campaigns?

Surabhi Trivedi: I believe in the long-term association. We have an open environment where we are transparent in our communication. We respect each team member and know that every member is essential for the group to perform and deliver. I encourage my team members to update and upskill for optimum results.

In an increasingly digital world, how has Media Maniacs Group adapted its strategies to cater to the evolving needs of clients and consumers?

Surabhi Trivedi: We are in the digital era, everything evolves around the digital world, and we know its importance very well. The increasingly digital world has evolved over the years to cater to the changing needs of clients and consumers.

Embracing digital technologies and platforms to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and provide more personalized services to clients and consumers. A few Services like Content Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and Social Media Engagement are some strategies that we follow to fulfil client needs.

With your experience in the media and marketing landscape, what challenges do you see emerging in the industry, and how do you prepare your team to overcome them?

Surabhi Trivedi:  Retaining clients and employees are the biggest challenge in this industry. We always focus on giving more than commitments to our clients and go beyond the scope of work. I always tell the team to monitor new developments in marketing and incorporate fresh tactics into their marketing strategy. Always watch our client competitors; take steps to find out what content appeals to your potential customers.

Letting the team involved in discussions gives them a sense of ownership in their services, enabling them to provide top-notch services and maintain an ever-lasting relationship with the clients.

Surabhi Trivedi: A-Team is the backbone of any brand. A one-person army can survive but cannot grow, so Media Maniacs Group is what its team made it. I always try to motivate my team to work harder each day. I ensure that every team member of the company feels a sense of ownership of the work and works together towards an optimistic and realistic goal.
