Tata Motors In India Has Introduced The 2023 Safari Model
April 12, 2023: Tata Motors, the Indian automobile manufacturer, has recently launched the 2023 model of its popular SUV, Safari.
The new Safari model comes with several updates and improvements, including new features and a refreshed design, while still retaining the rugged and adventurous spirit of the original model.
The 2023 Safari model features a more aggressive and muscular design, with a new honeycomb grille, sleek headlamps, and a new bumper.
The SUV also comes with a new alloy wheel design and a panoramic sunroof. The interior of the SUV has also been updated, with a new 8.8-inch touchscreen infotainment system, leather seats, and a new instrument cluster.
Under the hood, the 2023 Safari model is powered by a 2.0-liter turbocharged diesel engine, which generates 170 horsepower and 350 Nm of torque. The engine is mated to a six-speed manual or a six-speed automatic transmission.
The new Safari model comes with several safety features, including dual airbags, ABS with EBD, rear parking sensors, and a reverse parking camera. The SUV also comes with electronic stability control, hill hold control, and hill descent control.
Speaking on the launch of the 2023 Safari model, President, Passenger Vehicles Business Unit, Tata Motors, said,
“We are excited to introduce the new Safari model, which has been designed to cater to the evolving needs of our customers.
With its refreshed design, new features, and improved performance, we are confident that the new Safari will offer a premium and exciting driving experience to our customers.”
The 2023 Safari model is available in six variants and is priced between INR 16.99 lakh to INR 21.81 lakh (ex-showroom).
With the launch of the new Safari model, Tata Motors aims to strengthen its position in the highly competitive SUV market in India.
