Success, nevertheless, did not materialize quickly. Initially, Rajinikanth struggled with minor, often ignored parts. The 1978 movie “Bhairavi” was the catalyst for his rise to prominence as a star actor in the South Indian cinema industry. Audiences were captivated by Rajinikanth’s distinct look, commanding delivery of words, and charm while on screen.
Rajinikanth made the switch to mainstream Indian film in the 1990s, and his appeal soared. Hit movies like “Enthiran” (2010) and “Sivaji” (2007) cemented his place as the “Superstar” of Indian cinema. He gained notoriety for his films’ financial success and ‘Rajinikanth flair.’
Rajinikanth’s multifaceted personality was enhanced by his foray into politics in addition to his acting career. Despite its ups and downs, his political career demonstrated his dedication to public service.
