Prem Ganapathy, an Indian entrepreneur and the founder of the restaurant chain Dosa plaza.
Prem Ganapathy is a Milliner, who came from Chennai to Mumbai with only 200 rs. In hand. His hard work and love towards work and determination make him Milliner.
Ganapathy was born in Nagalapuram in the Thoothukudi district in the state of Tamil Nadu. After completed his 10.
He was not interested in studies, so he decided to left Madras and reached Chennai in the search of a job.
Mr Prem Ganapathy has done many jobs in Chennai, but he wants to do something new and big. So, after few years, he left Chennai and moved to Mumbai with his new and big dreams.
Mr Prem Ganapathy came to Mumbai in 1990 with a man who confirmed a job for him. He has only 200 Rs. In hand when he reached Mumbai.
His luggage bag was robbed in Bandra station. But he didn’t leave hope and move forward for his goal.
He found a job in Mahim Bakery in Mumbai as a dish washerman at Rs.150 per month and he accepted that job. After doing the job of utensil cleaner.
He saved some money. He invested Rs.1500 to start up a new business of Dosa making near the railway station, his Dosa was liked by customers and he became little famous in that area. His determination and hard work make him a good businessman.
Slowly he started knowing all strategies for running a good business. After few years working near a railway station, he leased a shop at Rs. 50000 and started a new business in rent of Rs. 5000 per month, he also hired a few staff under him.
As it is said, “There are no secrets to success. It is the result of preparation,hard work, learning from failure”.
And Mr Prem Ganapathy proved this by his hard work and new business strategies. He also started presenting varieties of Dosa’s to attract his customers like Schezwan Dosa, Paneer Chilli Dosa and many more varieties.
People started liking his varieties of food and taste. Later he introduced 26 more new variety of Dosa and become more famous. He never saw back. He has a spirit to move forward and become a big personality.
He proves that nothing is impossible in this world if we have a working spirit.

Mr Prem Ganapathy always says yes to all the opportunities. He says yes and never saw back. In 2002 take an outlet in Centre One Mall, named THE DOSA PLAZA.
After achieving great success in the mall, Mr Prem Ganapathy Planned to move forward with his new plans and ideas.
He started franchisee his company. From the year 2012, he grew up to 45 restaurants in 11 states. He gave his business to a new height with his effort and strategies. Mr Prem Ganapathy didn’t stop here, he has more plans to move forward.
