Tipsy Anand: TAD- Tipsy Anand Designs was inspired by my passion and my desire to do something unique and handcrafted pieces to the world. The journey begin from brainstorming the idea to where we are today has been an adventure along with hard work, dedication, and we have learned a lot along the way. It all started with a vision that not only looks eye pleasing but also tells a story.

Through careful designing work and sourcing high quality materials from all over the world, and embracing innovative techniques, we’ve been able to turn our dream into reality. Along the way, we faced challenges and obstacles but each one has only motivated us our determination to succeed only grew higher.

As the Principal Designer, what principles or philosophies guide your approach to design, and how do you ensure that they are reflected in every project undertaken by Tipsy Anand Designs?

Tipsy Anand: As the Principal Designer of TAD- Tipsy Anand Designs, my approach to design anything is guided by several key principles. Starting with, I believe in blending form and function seamlessly, ensuring that every piece looks aesthetic and also serves its purpose effectively.

Adding to that, I get inspired from various cultures, art movements, and architectural styles, incorporating elements of diversity and cultural richness into all my designs.

Design trends evolve constantly. How do you stay abreast of the latest trends while maintaining your unique design identity?

Tipsy Anand: As an interior designer, staying side by side of the latest trends while creating a unique design identity is essential. I have achieved this balance by continuous research, attending various industry events, and networking with my fellow professionals to stay updated on surging trends and innovations.

However, rather than blindly following trends, I take inspiration and integrate them thoughtfully into my designs while staying true to my unique design identity. This allows me to create spaces that feel aesthetic and relevant while also embracing a timeless quality that go beyond fleeting trends.

Regularly refining my skills, trying out new techniques, and seeking feedback also helps in maintaining the freshness and relevance of my design work.

Tipsy Anand: Our creative take is a structured yet flexible approach that begins with a proper understanding of the client’s needs and project requirements. We start by understanding client’s requirement and gathering all the information that we can. we pick inspiration from different sources such as art, nature, and architecture.

From there, we start with the conceptualization phase, where we think of ideas, develop mood boards, color boards, and sketch initial concepts keeping in mind the client’s brief. Once the design and ideation is finalized, we collaborate with the professionals like contractors, architects, artisans and others to ensure continuous execution of the project.

Throughout the process, we focus on communication, creativity, and attention to every little detail, that results in well executed designs that exceed our clients’ expectancy.
