In the case of rent, the owner can give the details about the condition (i.e. which kind of tenant can apply) and also display the rent per month.

If anyone is interested in that advertisement then the system provides a meeting feature too, through which they both (buyer and seller) can decide meeting time. This function also provides one additional feature which is a privacy display. Which user can set it in two options:

>Advertisements can be accessed only by the residents of society.

>Advertisements can be accessed by everyone. Someone who does not live in society can also access it by just visiting the website.

  • Maintenance payment

Society members can pay their maintenance bills online using credit/debit cards or through net banking. On successful transactions, the system will generate an e-receipt of payment. Members can save it or they can take print of it.

While member pays their maintenance, the system will also show their pending bills. So that members would come to know how much amount they have to pay. This must have security protocols and procedures in place to ensure transactions are more secure.

This can also include having a certificate from an authorized certification authority (CA) that provides PKI (Public-Key infrastructure) for securing credit and debit card transactions.

  • Complain and suggestion box

Member can report their complaints and suggestions using the Housing Society software system interface. Admin and secretary have the authority to reply to complaints. User can track their complaint using the system interface.

  • Notice board

This is not the conventional type of noticeboard used by the existing system. This notification board has the feature of notifying every member of society personally. It will use the notification function of the system.

Society software can display important announcements, meeting schedules, gathering updates, and event updates, and the most important thing that which system provides to the society member is that they can advertise their home businesses (if any). So that residents come to know about the business and they can utilize the services which are served by that business.

  • Notification System

This is a new feature that is not provided by any existing housing management system. Every society member will get notifications for bill payments, announcements which are displayed on the notice board.
