An interview with Vatsal Rajgor – Founder of DigiMaze ,Strique AI and Co-Founder of Moving Brahma
In this interview, we delve into the innovative mind of Vatsal Rajgor, the founder of DigiMaze and Strique AI, and co-founder of Moving Brahma.
Vatsal shares his insights on entrepreneurship, the evolving tech landscape, and the transformative power of artificial intelligence in today’s digital world.
Can you tell us about your journey from being a business graduate at a leading American B-school in Boston to becoming an entrepreneur? What inspired you to take this path?
Vatsal Rajgor: The idea of starting something on my own wasn’t a long-term dream I was holding on to. It came from a very real, very present moment.
I was working as the Head of Marketing at a brand when I noticed a recurring gap: brands wanted to grow, but there was a disconnect between creative storytelling and performance-driven results. That’s when the thought of starting a performance marketing agency first took shape.
I spoke to my then-boss about it, almost hesitantly, and instead of holding me back, he encouraged me to go for it. That one conversation gave me the clarity and courage I needed. My background in business, my time in Boston, it all helped shape my thinking.
You founded DigiMaze in 2019. What was the initial vision for the company, and how has that vision evolved over time?
Vatsal Rajgor: In 2019, DigiMaze started with a simple purpose: help brands grow better, faster, and more sustainably using performance marketing.
At the time, we were a small team, just obsessed with getting results! Conversions, clicks, leads, you name it. But over time, the scope of what we were building expanded.
Today, DigiMaze is not just about running ads or optimising metrics. We’ve evolved into a growth partner for businesses. Blending data, creative, media, and tech into one ecosystem. The vision now is broader, to drive impact that goes beyond dashboards.
With a team of over 250 across multiple countries, what strategies have you implemented to foster a cohesive company culture in such a diverse environment?
Vatsal Rajgor: When you grow fast, especially across geographies, the biggest challenge isn’t operations, it’s culture. We’ve worked hard to create a sense of belonging, no matter where someone is logging in from.
That means clear communication, open feedback channels, and a lot of trust. We don’t pretend to have it perfect, but we’re intentional.
We try to celebrate wins, check in when things get tough, and make sure everyone knows why their work matters. At the core, it’s about empathy, accountability, and shared ambition.
Can you explain how Strique AI works and the specific benefits it offers to agencies and brands?
Vatsal Rajgor: Strique AI was born from the pain points we kept hearing from clients and agency partners alike. Too many hours were being spent on manual reporting, campaign tweaking, and trying to make sense of data across platforms.
Strique solves that by acting like a co-pilot for performance marketing. It tracks campaigns in real time, recommends optimisations, automates the repetitive stuff, and gives you clarity without the clutter.
It’s like having a strategist, analyst, and execution partner—all in one dashboard. For brands and agencies, it saves time and multiplies output.
Moving Brahma is described as a full-stack growth engine for the film industry. What inspired you to venture into this sector, and what unique challenges do you aim to address?
Vatsal Rajgor: I’ve always believed that storytelling and strategy should go hand in hand and nowhere is that gap more visible than in the film industry.
The talent, the stories, the creative genius exists but the way content is marketed, tracked, and scaled often feels disconnected from today’s digital-first world.
With Moving Brahma, we’re trying to change that. We’re building tools and strategies that can support films from pre-launch buzz to post-release momentum, using data and digital platforms to drive real audience connection.
It’s a tough industry to navigate, but that’s what makes it exciting. We’re not just here to play a role, we’re here to change the script.
What advice would you give to aspiring entrepreneurs looking to make their mark in the tech and marketing industries?
Vatsal Rajgor: Start before you’re ready, but stay grounded as you grow. The tech and marketing space moves fast, and there’s always something new to learn. What helps is having clarity on the problem you’re solving and staying obsessed with delivering value.
Find people who are smarter than you, who challenge your thinking, and who share your belief in what you’re building. Focus on real work, not just visible work.
Is there anything else you would like to share about your journey or the future of your ventures?
Vatsal Rajgor: This journey has taught me that clarity comes with action. Every venture I’m part of, be it DigiMaze, Strique AI, or Moving Brahma, all of them started as an idea, and then became something real because we kept building, learning, and adapting.
The road ahead is exciting because the problems we’re solving are real, the teams we’re building are solid, and the industries we’re working in are ready for change. I’m just grateful to be in a position where we can create impact and we’re only getting started.
Vatsal Rajgor’s vision and entrepreneurial spirit exemplify the potential of technology to reshape industries. His insights inspire aspiring entrepreneurs and highlight the importance of innovation in driving progress. As he continues to lead in the tech space, we eagerly anticipate the future developments from his ventures.
