Tell us a little about yourself

Vedika Mishra: I am a 17 year old young Entrepreneur having my own startup pensmokers publication. I also own an ngo named radhansh foundation.

Beside this I am a young poetess performed. I perfomed in many virtual international poets confrence. I won an virtual international debate on women’s day and I was youngest among all the participants.

I got rank 11-300 in a national level essay competition among lakhs of students. I got nominated for karamveer fellowship.

I am an inter-state level dancer too. I won many dance competitions. I have won many poetry contests. I am a party of many international literature clubs. I just completed my 12th and waiting for the results.

How did you get your idea or concept for this startup?

Vedika Mishra: I started writing during last lockdown and I got so many opportunities in this field of literature. People appreciated my writing skills a lot.

I was never interested in business but we can’t change our destiny and destiny took me to the world of entrepreneurship. It was all sudden a thought hitted my mind and I just did is.

What service(s) or product(s) do you offer?

Vedika Mishra: We offer both paid & free anthologies , Solo books, magazines, pamphlets, art books, comics, cards, bookmarks , imprint & many more.

What is unique about your startup?

Vedika Mishra: We offer free anthologies. We are not just a publication but we organize open mics, singing contest etc we believe in encouraging & promoting new talents.

We help budding writers to start their own community. We help & guide people to start their own publishing company.

What made you choose this type of startup?

Vedika Mishra: Being a writer of always believed in exploring the field of literature. I choose this business because in this field I meet a new writer each & everyday.

What was your mission at the outset?

Vedika Mishra: To support & promote budding talent

Vedika Mishra: To promote & support budding talent.

How do you build a successful customer base?

Vedika Mishra: We believe in fulfilling demand of each & every customer.

What have been some of your failures, and what have you learned from them?

Vedika Mishra: Their were some people whom I hired I trusted upon them but they weren’t worth it they used to share our ideas with others I learned that we should not blindly trust on anyone in this field of business.

Who has been your greatest inspiration?

Vedika Mishra: I never believed in having only 1 inspiration. Each & every thing which is present in this universe is my inspiration . One should learn from each & everything.

We can learn from others mistakes , success & failure. If we will keep only one person as our inspiration then we will become that persons copy.

I never believed in being like someone else. I am my own inspiration who learns from her own success & failures.

What are some of the biggest mistakes you’ve made?

Vedika Mishra: I trusted on people who weren’t worth it. I was a bit impatient in the starting of journey which was stopping me from learning new things.

If you had one piece of advice to someone just starting out, what would it be?

Vedika Mishra: Be patient & Keep learning new stuff everyday.
