September 26,2024 India: Women Inspiring Network (WIN) played a prominent role at Climate Week New York 2024, from September 22 to 29, alongside the United Nations General Assembly.
As an organization dedicated to connecting women leaders at a global level, Stuti Jalan, Founder, WIN, participated in this international event to spark critical conversations on sustainability, women’s leadership, and technological innovation.
Women Inspiring Network spearheaded several key panels that showcased how women are leading transformative change across industries, with a strong focus on sustainability and innovation. Here are the highlights:
In collaboration with Green My Experience, Stuti moderated the panel – Pioneering Sustainable Tourism Development where the conversation centered around sustainable tourism practices, empowering local communities, and sharing success stories from around the globe.
The line-up of speakers included Robin Wood Sailer, Co-Founder of Le Labs Group; Shelley Worrell, Founder & CEO of I AM CARIBBEING; Carla Gautier of the Re. Generation Future Leaders Program at the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation; and Diane Binder, Founder & CEO of Regenopolis. They highlighted tangible examples of how tourism can contribute positively to both the environment and local economies.
Stuti curated the discussion on Driving Sustainable Futures through Women’s Leadership in STEM at the World Woman Future Forum at Microsoft’s Times Square office.
The line-up of speakers included Rashmi Joshi, CEO & Founder of Asha AI; Jyotsana Sankuratri, Assistant Vice President at Voya Financial; Andrea Feigl, CEO of the Health Finance Institute; and Japneet Kaur, a specialist in security and risk management.
The panelists shared insights on how women in STEM are at the forefront of creating innovative solutions to tackle global sustainability challenges.
WIN partnered with Fusion Fashion Tech Summit, an official Climate Week event, where Stuti spoke on the panel – A Cultural Renaissance: Blending Tradition and Innovation in the Digital Era.
This session featured insightful discussions with Sarah Kornfeld, Co-Founder of Rising Partners; Nayana Kodesia, Founder and Creative Director of NYNA and DUMROO; Clementia “The Sustainable Latina” Founder of DNA Sustainable Threads; and Mehak Agrawal, Global Sustainability spokesperson of Climate Clock.
Together, they explored the role that fashion, culture, and technology play in fostering sustainability and ensuring that tradition continues to inspire future innovations.
Reflecting on WIN’s exciting engagement at Climate Week,Stuti Jalan shared, “We’re immensely happy to be part of these incredible discussions. Climate Week has provided an unparalleled opportunity to amplify women’s leadership on the global stage.

Stuti also added that “As part of the Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) Creators Hub, it was wonderful to reconnect with Chelsea Clinton after ten years, who shared inspiring thoughts and praised WIN for our impactful work.
I also met Chef José Andrés, and the CGI AGM featured an incredible lineup, including Bill Clinton, Joe and Jill Biden, Prince Harry, and Bill Gates.”
Apart from these initiatives, WIN also connected with Richard Branson and Stuti was also present at the following events: Vital Voices, Equality Lounge by Female Quotient, DVF, UN Summit, Yale Club and Harvard club and engaged with Axios Media to explore pressing sustainability issues.
