How to do Tadasana
Take a yoga mat, stand barefoot and joined feet together. Focus your concentration on a spot to avoid detraction.
Focus on your breath, keep breathing deeply. Straighten your hand, and raise your toes gently. Try to balance your weight, feel the stretch, Hold the pose for 5 to 10 second, and gently exhale. Do it 4 to 5 times.

2 Shirshasana (headstand Pose)
This asana is also loved by kids. As kids always want to do thing differently, they will love to do Shirshasana.
How to do Shirshasana
Sit on the floor by folding your legs, move your head down by placing your hand under your head to support. Try to balance on the head with the support of the arms.
Slowly move your leg upward and make it straight and try to balance your body for 4 to 5 seconds, then slowly came back to the same position. In this position, your head is on the ground and your feet are up.
Advantage of Shirshasana
This asana increases the concentration of the mind and improves the blood flow to the eyes, and gives strength to arms, shoulder and core muscles.
3 Paschimottanasana (seated forward bend yoga pose)
This asana is simple and easily done by kids.
How to do Paschimottanasana
Take a yoga mat to sit straight, your back and leg should be straight. Slowly bend forward and by toughing your feet, Put your hands parallel to your leg.
Bend your head by touching your feet. Stay in the pose for 2 to 3 minute and then get back on the same pose.

4 Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation Pose)
Surya Namaskar is sun salutation. And done in the morning. This beneficiates asana loved by the kids.
How to do Surya Namaskar
First, make a pose of Pranamasana, stand on the edge of your mat, keep your feet together and balance your weight on both feet. Expand your chest and move both of your palms together by doing pranam.
Wait for a second, then go for Hastauttanasana, deep breath and lift your backside keeping the biceps close to the ears.
Stretch your body back and move forward. Inhale and go for Hastapadasana, exhale and bend down keeping your waist and spine erect.
Bring the hand down to the floor beside your feet, wait for a second and go for the next move Ashwa Sanchalanasana. Breathing in and move your right leg back and lookup. By going parallel to your left leg.
The next step is Ashtanga Namaskara (salute with eight parts or point) gently bring your knee down to the floor and exhale. Make a hill type position of your hips, rest your chest and chin on the floor.
The two hands, two feet, two knees, chest and chin (eight parts of the body) should touch the floor.
Move forward with Bhujangasana, now straighten your boy and raise your chest into the cobra pose. Bend your elbow and move your face up like a cobra with a straight body.
Move your hip portion up with Adho Mukha Svanasana, and make a “V” pose. Bring your right foot forward in between the two hands with Ashwa Sanchalanasna, make your left knee go down with the face straight.
Now back to Hastapadasana with a straight leg and touching hand on the floor, and Hastauttanasana with a raised hand up and bend backwards. Then come straight by folding hands like Namaskar.

5 Bhujangasana (Cobra pose)
