- Female entrepreneurs are judged to be less competent than their male peers.
- Society believes women possess low leadership skills:
- I have been judged & criticized for my choices
- Women have an additional responsibility for house and kids and young kids need a lot of attention in their formative years
- Juggling career with family is like a tightrope walk
What do you think are the key elements of a successful recruitment process?

What was the inspiration behind turning an entrepreneur
Yogita Tulsiani: Well, I always wanted to do something different and my own. I draw a lot of inspiration from Indira Nooyi as she is my role model.
Also, my mother has been my greatest source of inspiration. She had faced a lot of hardships in life bringing us up due to the circumstances we were in.
She always motived us to be strong, believe in ourselves and the hard work we do and leave the rest to God. She taught me to work relentlessly towards my goals.
