Nashik, 25 November, 2024….An added laurel to our glory, Delhi Public School, Nashik, has once again showcased its dedication to fostering creativity and innovation among students.
Under the visionary leadership of Director Mr. Siddharth Rajgarhia and Principal Mrs. Shilpa Ahire, the school, in collaboration with the UPSchool Platform, proudly organized the “UPSchool World Conference” program, aiming to inspire students to write stories that can change the world’s perspective.
With participation from 28 countries, the conference bridged cultural gaps and celebrated creativity internationally.
Students were allowed to choose their writing partners or embark on this creative journey. They developed their plotlines, designed compelling characters, and meticulously created their story folders.
Teachers played a pivotal role, guiding students in shaping their stories, providing constructive feedback, and refining their ideas to bring their best work forward.
To equip students with essential digital tools, a hands-on Canva workshop was conducted during Bagless Week. The journey was further enriched with an online session by Mr.Gavin McCormack, who introduced the students to the “Be the Change” challenge.
This challenge inspired them to aim for excellence, with the top book set to be presented to the Queen of England—a dream opportunity for every young author.
The culmination of this initiative on World Children’s Day was a fitting tribute to the power of youth. The program also emphasized enhancing vocabulary and writing skills, ensuring students created impactful stories and articulate writers.
Through “Be the Change,” Delhi Public School Nashik has proven its commitment to shaping future leaders who can inspire and influence the world.
